Head and eye injury 3.5 yrs. ago from golf ball estimated traveling at 180 mph when injured, fractured skull and left scar tissue above eye. Suffering from chronic pain due to damage to trigeminal nerve, opthalmic portion. Tried acupuncture, TENS, Neurontin, Elavil, opiods, all without relief. Do you recommend a stellate ganglion nerve block?

Stellate ganglion blocks would probably not help since it appears you have a neuropathic somatic cranial nerve involved. An opthalmic branch block may help although you may benefit from selective peripheral nerve cryoneurolysis as the nerve exits the foramina of the skull.
