Dr. Kennedy Cardiac rehabilitation is a program for people with heart disease designed to reduce future heart risks. Cardiac rehabilitation usually consists of nutritional counseling, management of lipid levels, hypertension, weight, and diabetes, smoking cessation, psychosocial interventions, physical activity counseling, and exercise training.
